1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DIGISMART IT SOLUTIONS ("Site") or booking our services, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided
We offer:
✔ Professional security camera installation & configuration
✔ On-site/remote technical support and troubleshooting
✔ Network setup for remote viewing
✔ Motion detection and alert configuration

Exclusions:

Hardware repairs requiring manufacturer intervention

Services for illegally obtained devices

3. User Responsibilities
You must:

Provide accurate information (Wi-Fi passwords, network details)

Ensure safe access for on-site technicians

Obtain necessary permissions for installation locations

4. Pricing & Payments
Fees quoted are final unless scope changes

Payment due before service via secure payment methods

Refunds only if service isn't rendered (see Section 7)

5. Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice required for full refund

Same-day cancellations: 50% fee

No-shows: Non-refundable

6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:

Pre-existing device damage

Network issues beyond our control

Unauthorized modifications post-service

Maximum liability = service fee paid.

7. Warranty & Guarantees
30-day service guarantee for identical issues

Doesn't cover new problems or physical damage

9. Dispute Resolution
